Something we will never let Grant forget. We have been working with Grant to get him to anwser questions. He is really getting better, but for a long time he would always repeat the question and wait for us to anwer it with some what of a question or questions and repeat it also. The one question that he will still not anwser is - What is your name? Last night and tonight, I asked him, " What is your name?" He said, "What is your name?" I then said, "Can you say my name is Grant?" He then said, "Can you say my name is DADDY?" The first time the happened, we were in the van and it blew both Jen and I away. Tonight it happened as we were reading books on Grants bed, getting him ready for bed. We know he understands, but he is liking this little game. The funny things kids say and do. Well, have a great week and keep coming back for updates. We love your comments also, so leave some.
2/9/08 - We put up blockers so the boys couldn't get to Libbie and the puppies. Grant at this time was on the same side as Libbie. Kent was on the other wanting in and Grant walked over and offered to give Kent a kiss. We asked him to do it again so we could take a picture and Kent came back with a full mouth kiss.
2/9/08 - Grant wanted to hold a puppy really bad and had actually been real good, just sitting in his chair next to the pool, so I wrapped one up for a second and helped him hold it in his lap. He sat there going "come on puppies, wake up." We keep telling him he has to what a little while before he can play with them.
2/8/08 - It was such a nice day today, we went outside back and had some fun!!
2/8/08 - Grant and Kent are really starting to play well together. Grant still pushes Kent around, but sometimes, Kent gets him.
2/8/08 - After watching daddy measure the rug and some areas on the floor to see if we the area rug we picked out was going to fit, the boys wanted to help.
2/8/08 - How big is the rug Kent?

2/3/08 - Our snow man. His arms and thumbs (he is giving the thumbs up) are pieces of our piano that was torn apart by our neighbor Rob.
2/3/08 - Kent wanted to help clear a path to the mail box from the door after watching dad shovel all the snow. He actually went and got the shovel all by himself after I was done and had leaned up up against the garage.
