Spring please come

We have had a few days of sunny warm weather and now it is cold and windy, I am so ready to kick the kids outside and get out of the house. Things are going about the same in the Belnap household. Grant is doing well in preschool and he is very excited to go to the Big school this fall. He is very ready to start kindergarten. We have been looking into what school to send Grant to this next year. We have several Charter schools here and I would like to get him into one. They all have a lottery draw to get in so it is just the luck of the draw if he does get in. The charter schools have smaller class sizes and tougher curriculum. We will know by the end of April if we are one of the lucky one's.
Kent has started in speech therapy. He gets to go do Play therapy once a week. I am really optimistic that this will help him improve his speech. Sometimes it is anybodies guess what he is saying. We both get frustrated. Only time will tell. He is busy learning his color's and shapes. His favorite color is blue, he makes sure to point out any blue object that he sees.
Caleb is a cute 18 month old. I love, love, love this age. He is so cute and adorable. He is very assertive and fights well with his big brothers. He trys desperately to keep up with them, and he actually does a good job of it. His favorite things to do right now are to put on his big brother's boots and walk around the house. He loves to watch the PBS show Zaboomafoo. Every time it comes on he runs around yelling ZABOO, ZABOO. Caleb is our book reader. I find him in the boys room reading books all the time. He brings me books and crawls up in my lap on a daily basis. I is soo cute.
Now for me, in January my partner and I started a business called Step It Up Foot Care. We go to assisted living facilities and take care of the resident's feet. They can't reach those toe's anymore so we help them out. It is a really needed service. Right now we are going to 4 facilities. We only work one day a week by going to each facility once a month. So far it is going really well. It is just the little extra income that my family needs and I am only gone 4 hours one day a week. I am still working Home health on the weekends.
Bryce is doing well at T-Mobile and looks forward to promoting within the company. We are hopeful that this will happen is the next year or so depending on availability. With out tax return this year we are going to work on the outside of the house. New soffits and face trim and a fresh coat of paint will change the look of our home. So come spring, come we are ready for the warm sun.
